Scott Wylie is chairman and CEO of First Western and provides leadership for the holding company, as well as management of the bank and trust services. He was formerly chairman and CEO of Northern Trust Bank of Colorado.

Warren Olsen, vice-chairman and Chief Investment Officer, was previously CEO of IBJ Whitehall Asset Management Group, was also founder and past president of Morgan Stanley Asset Management’s mutual fund business in New York.
